Four Point/Roof Inspection Training (16 Hours) |
This course is conducted over two days and covers all the essentials for both 4 point inspections
and roof surveys. Currently this is awaiting approval for CE credits with DBPR.
These are common inspections in the insurance inspection industry, and at the end of this course

There is also a large cross over between the home inspection training and this course would definitely
benefit those inspectors recently grandfathered with little or no training. |

Home Inspection Training |
This course is divided into various modules to make up the 120 hours of pre-licensure needed for the State of Florida Pre Licensure
home inspector training.
It is broken down to allow students to work from home, at their pace and not have to spend weeks in a classroom environment, away from home
which is both costly and time consuming and many times not effective because of information overload.
To receive online discounted class fee, you must be pre-registered and prepaid prior to class.
