Citizens Property Insurance is going to re-inspect approximately 500,000 homes and commercial buildings relating to wind mitigation, replacement cost, 4 point inspections and sink hole surveys. Inspection Depot is proud to be appointed as an Inspection Administrator, to coordinate these inspection and quality assurance programs for the Citizens Inspection and Outreach Program.
As part of this program, Inspection Depot will be recruiting, training and managing a team of inspectors across the state. It is compulsory for all participants in the CIOP program to have completed the training requirements, including the training listed below, in addition to atleast 6 hours wind mitigation technical training within the last year.
Inspection Depot provides system and procedures training in addition to software training for the Citizens Inspection and Outreach Program. This training is offered free of charge and is part of the inspectors recruitment processes when coming on board the Inspection Depot network.
The inspectors licensing requirements for the Citizens and Outreach Program currently are the following (Note that Inspection Depot manages various inspection program that allow other licenses, such as home inspectors, experienced and trained inspectors, etc. If you do not meet the CIOP requirements, Inspection Depot, is still interested in your application for these other projects.)
